The firm was established in 1970 by Nicholas F. Lorenzo, Jr. Over the years, the names have changed, and the firm has developed into a regional law firm. The firm has maintained its roots as a civil litigation law firm with an emphasis on personal injury, as well as general practice. Representing clients in all of western Pennsylvania, the firm has taken on industry giants such as General Motors, Chrysler Corporation, Sunbeam Corporation, Subaru of America, and Penelec.
